We have put together this FAQ to hopefully help you answer any questions you may have. If you don't find an answer to a question please drop us an email and we will be happy to help!

General Questions:
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We currently accept payments through PayPal or Cash.
Q: Do you buy used scuba equipment?
A: Yes, sometimes we do depending on the type of equipment and condition.

Scuba Diving:
Q: What equipment do you provide for diving?
A: We provide tanks and weights for all divers. We also have equipment available for rent and purchase. /div>
Q: Do you have DIN or Yoke tanks?
A: We support both DIN and Yoke with our tanks. All of our tanks are setup with DIN style valves which upon request we can install Yoke inserts.
Q: How warm is the water? Do I need to wear a wetsuit?
A: The ocean temperatures here range from 84f/28c to 86f/30c year-round. Most people find this quite comfortable to dive in with no exposure suit. But for those that find the water still a bit cold we do have shorty 3mm wetsuits available.
Q: Do you have Nitrox?
A: Yes! We bank approximately 5,000 cubic feet of Enriched Air Nitrox 32%
Q: What size tanks do you have available?
A: For recreational diving we have 63cf, 80cf and 100cf tanks available. Most individuals utilize the 80cf tanks. For technical divers we have 40cf tanks and 19cf pony bottles.
Q: Do have someone helping with equipment?
A: Yes! Our boat staff and shore staff are always ready to help. When you would like some assistance just let us know!
Q: What is your dive schedule?
A: Our normal dive schedule is a 2-tank dive in the morning, with a departure at 8am. Upon request we also schedule dives in the afternoon and evening.
Q: What is the size of your boat and how many people maximum?
A: Our boat is 24' long with enough room for 12 divers. We prefer to have onboard 6-8 divers for comfort.
Q: Do you offer shore diving?
A: Yes! We are the only dive facility in the area that has a house reef available for diving.
Q: Can I share a dive package I purchased with someone else?
A: Sorry no. All dive packages purchased are limited to one customer only.
Q: What is the best time of year for diving in Panama?
A: Panama as a whole is year-round diving. Where we are located the best time of year for diving is from March through July. From August through December the rains increase which can limit the visibility on dives.

Training:
Q: Do I need to know how to swim to learn how to scuba dive?
A: Yes, Swimming is an essential part of scuba diving, therefore part of the certification procedure is to pass a swimming test. The ability to swim efficiently will bring you the most enjoyment out your dives.
Q: What equipment do I need for certification?
A: We provide all necessary equipment for non-professional level certifications. You are welcome to bring any equipment you may already have.
Q: I wear contacts will this be an issue?
A: Generally speaking, no this is not an issue. During the course you will be asked to flood and remove your mask. During this exercise simply keep your eyes closed.
