We adhere to the SSI Privacy Statement
we refuse to share, sell, or rent your information to any third parties not identified within the SSI Privacy Statement.
Additionally, Jolly Roger Diving believes that SPAM emails are terrible so we limit the number of emails we send to our
customers to news items or specials that we are offering.
We are committed to diver safety as the number one priority. Each day we select dive sites based upon the
following criteria: Customer certification level, customer experience and ocean conditions. Some of our dive sites are
classified for experienced divers only as we do not use a buoy or anchor line for entry or exit from the boat.
Reservations for diving must be made 24 hours in advance. This allows us time to prepare the boat, schedule
our crew and complete all necessary paperwork.
50% deposit required at time of reservation.
Full payment must be received within 7 days of arrival.
Payments may be made in cash at our dive center or via PayPal.
If we cancel diving due to safety, weather, or mechanical issues we will offer a credit for diving or 100% refund.
Cancelations prior to 20 days of arrival: 100% refund*.
Cancelations prior to 7 days of arrival: 50% refund*.
Cancelations within 7 days of arrival: No refunds provided.
Payments on courses are due after review of medical forms. This is to ensure you are medically fit for diving.
Payments may be made in cash at our dive center or via an invoice sent through PayPal.
Payments sent via PayPal with no invoice will be refunded*.
Course Cancelation / Refunds:
Online Academic materials not accessed: 100% refund*.
Online Academic materials accessed: 25% non-refundable.
Confined water sessions started (no open water dives): 50% refund*.
First day of open water started: 25% refund*.
No refunds after second day of open water started.
*Refunds may be charged a maximum 1% processing fee.
